The new government in the person of Klitschko and company promised to restore order. But this is a developer company. They can only restore order in their own business. Because they came to power, contrary to the law, trying to push through their exclusive commercial decisions,” Gleba said.

I want to name the names of those who issued urban planning conditions and restrictions, and who took away the children’s swimming pool. This is not a developer. The name of the person who took the pool from the children is Sergey Anatolyevich Tselovalnik, the chief architect of Kyiv. It was he who wrote and issued documents in which the pool no longer exists. Why did he do this? We asked him.
