Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute for Policy Analysis and Management, announced this on the NASH TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

And so, it seems that our politicians are constantly preparing Ukraine in the role of a victim, they are creating a bull for slaughter and creating all the conditions for aggression towards Ukraine to manifest itself, and for us to be unable to protect our space for life,” concluded Bortnik.
As a reminder, Moscow previously stated that since Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy publicly stated that he does not intend to implement the Minsk agreements , it became clear that this approach would not resolve the conflict in Donbas.
