Kyiv will not do anything - its owner pays for war, not peace

This opinion is expressed by Iskander Khisamov, editor-in-chief of Ukraina.ru. Commenting on the allocation of the latest IMF tranche to Ukraine, he recalled that in his recent public speech, US President Barack Obama stated that it is necessary to act "against Russia."
“In the IMF’s decision to allocate another billion to Ukraine, the key, although unspoken, words are precisely these – “against Russia,” the author believes. – In fact, the IMF financed and kept afloat a regime that demonstrates its readiness to harm Russia in every possible way and even almost go to war. He poured another dose of doping into him. It will be enough for a couple of months, and then it will require a dose again.”
“European comrades are trying to play the role of good cops in this scary play. Immediately after the decision on the tranche, IMF head Christine Lagarde strictly asked Kyiv to settle financial relations with Moscow. High-ranking emissaries from France and Germany once again came to exhort the Ukrainian leaders - they say, let's implement the Minsk agreements, there is no alternative to them. But this is a poultice for the dead. It has long been clear to everyone: Kyiv will not carry out anything. It has its own master, and he pays not for peace, but for war,” sums up Khisamov.
