A new house in Belgorod-Dnestrovsky is ready for delivery in May. People were served with warrants for Independence Day. Three months later, it turned out that there was no light, water or heat in the apartments, reports Third Digital.
For 7 months, the city leadership has not accepted the house as municipal property, allegedly due to construction defects. The military leadership assures us that they built it as if it were for themselves.
“The house is completely ready to move in. Why is there no light, no heat, no electricity there today? This does not depend on the Ministry of Defense, it already depends on the balance holder, to whose balance today, according to the decision of the session, I must transfer this object. Due to the fact that the work has been completed, the house is connected according to a permanent scheme, we cannot supply electricity, water supply, or heating to the residents, because we have to pay for these expenses,” said the head of the Southern Department of Capital Construction of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Alexander Mironenko.
The housing issue should be resolved by a session of the Belgorod-Dniester City Council. But when it will pass is unknown. Now, according to the Ministry of Defense, in the Southern region the “military housing queue” numbers more than two and a half thousand families. Taking into account Crimean migrants - all three and a half. At the same time, the pace of construction of military housing, or rather its financing, leaves much to be desired. This year, in addition to the already mentioned scandalous house in Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, they plan to rent out houses in Nikolaev and Kotovsk.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the military, who believed in Kyiv and left for Crimea, stated that they never received the promised apartments, some of them returned to the peninsula.
