“My client, Estonian citizen Vladimir Polyakov, whom Estonia vilely extradited to Ukraine “for participation in the terrorist organization of the LPR,” included in the lists for exchange, was “judicially cleared” on December 18 and since that time has been kept in a filtration camp in Slavyanogorsk (sanatorium “ Zelenaya Polyana”) awaiting exchange, although theoretically he is an absolutely free person - released by a court verdict.

This morning, everyone except him and five other Russians was loaded onto buses and taken out of the filtration camp. And they told him that they wouldn’t change it today because there was some kind of “political decision.” “Perhaps they will change it in January,” Lutkovskaya stammered, without explaining anything else,” the lawyer said.

“So, now an absolutely free person is being held in a filtration camp by force, without any reason. The Estonian consul, of course, doesn’t care - during all this time there was not a single visit to my client. CeEurope, of course! What this means and what will happen next is unknown. Well, what can we say, what to call the Ukrainian government?! Fraudsters and lawless people,” sums up Montyan.
