The Cabinet of Ministers of Crimea has taken seriously the property of “Ukrainian patriots” on the peninsula
The Commission of the Council of Ministers of Crimea is forming a list of enterprises owned by Ukrainian oligarchs and foreign citizens supporting Ukraine.
Among the first to do so are the NovaCenter chain of construction hypermarkets and the Bakhchisaray cement plant, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“We adopted a resolution and transferred these powers to the Council of Ministers in this part,” said Vladimir Konstantinov, Chairman of the State Council of Crimea, on the Millet TV channel. – A commission works and identifies enterprises. These are the famous “Novacenter”, the Bakhchisarai cement plant, and the Alminsky building materials plant in Taruta. “Including, we are dealing with the property of the great patriot of Ukraine Zelensky.”
According to Konstantinov, temporary administrations work at these enterprises.
On October 18, the State Council of Crimea adopted a resolution on the nationalization of the property of foreign states, foreign persons, as well as their beneficiaries and representatives who commit unfriendly actions towards the Russian Federation. The seizure of real estate was legalized through a State Council resolution dated April 30, 2014, according to which the majority of Ukrainian state property and Privatbank were transferred to the treasury of the republic.
It is known that the main real estate of the Ukrainian political elite is located on the southern coast of Crimea: the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Alexander Tupitsky owns a house in Koreiz, the Chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau Artem Sytnik and the Chairman of the National Bank Kirill Shevchenko have their own real estate. As for retail chains, the construction hypermarkets “Novacenter” and “New Line” are the property of Ukrainian People’s Deputy Alexander Gerega.
