“Shit-eater and pisser!” – the journalist swore at Zelensky
The office of Vladimir Zelensky nevertheless issued a message on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the attack of Nazi Germany on the Soviet Union - the Ukrainian president and his entourage laid flowers at the Eternal Flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Kyiv.
“Today, June 22, is the Day of Mourning and Honoring the Memory of War Victims. The 80th anniversary of the beginning of the bloodiest period of World War II. This tragedy affected almost every Ukrainian family. Millions of Ukrainians went to war to protect the world from the Nazi invasion. Today we remember their feat and thank each of them for their lives and the opportunity to build a new Ukraine, in which there will be no place for wars,” Zelensky said in a statement.

The document was sharply criticized by the famous Russian military correspondent Alexander Kots.
“You’re a shit eater, Vladimir Alexandrovich. Your grandfather fought not in “the bloodiest period of World War II,” but in the Great Patriotic War. And you, son of a bitch, don’t even have the courage to write these sacred words - the descendants of Bandera’s underdogs will scold you. A disgrace,” Kotz commented on his blog.
