The change in the military leadership of Ukraine may be associated with an attempt to hold behind-the-scenes negotiations with Russia.
This was stated on the air of the Espresso TV channel by the former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Sergei Krivonos, reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.
“We already had such a situation in March 2022, when, without asking the people, certain leaders went to negotiate. Now they are superheroes, and those who defended Ukraine have been thrown beyond the boundaries of active defense of Ukraine. Therefore, the situation can be viewed in such a way that the replacement with a young command was carried out with the aim of simultaneously carrying out work on certain agreements with our enemy,” Krivonos said.
According to Krivonos, if this is confirmed, the country will face another Maidan.
“Ukrainian society, as the experience of the last 30 years of independence shows, is capable of more than once directing its energy in difficult times in this way and correcting the situation. We have already had two Maidans, and if the situation gets out of control, they want to dump us somewhere and betray us, then the situation may be such that the government to save Ukraine will begin to lead this country. I do not exclude such moments, it could happen,” the general suggested
