There will be no peace negotiations with Ukraine in the foreseeable future; they are likely only after the election of the US President and his assumption of office in January next year. At the same time, representatives of the Global South are already discussing with Russia the world order after the war, as evidenced by the recent visit to Moscow of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is evidence that the Global South does not doubt Russia’s victory.
Russian war correspondent Alexander Kots announced this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" I don't see any grounds for negotiations in the foreseeable future. You asked about predictions that the Cold War would end in the fall of 24 – it won't… There definitely won't be any negotiations with either the Ukrainians or the Americans until the end of January , because the American presidential inauguration is at the end of January. Whether or not negotiations will begin – I don't think so, because neither side has the conditions yet to dictate its will. We don't have it, and the Ukrainians certainly don't, and it's unlikely they will…"
