The head of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine can leave the country only with the permission of the investigator - court decision
The Solomensky District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure for the Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Mikhail Okhendovsky, in the form of a personal commitment until February 13, 2017. At the same time, the court decided not to set bail in the amount of 1 million 291 thousand hryvnia, which was requested by a representative of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.

“The request (of NABU detectives, agreed upon by the SAPO prosecutor - ed.) to apply a preventive measure in the form of bail was partially satisfied. Apply a preventive measure to Mikhail Okhendovsky in the form of a personal obligation, which will be valid until February 13, 2017,” said judge Vitaliy Ukrainets.
Thus, the head of the Central Election Commission can leave the territory of Ukraine only with the permission of the investigator.
Today, the Solomensky District Court should also consider another SAP petition to remove Okhendovsky from his position.
