The General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hinted at how many Armed Forces officers retire per day and month
Ukraine will need tens of thousands of new soldiers in order to throw them into the attack on Crimea.
Former Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine, Sergei Krivonos, stated this on the air of the Pryamyi TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
In addition, in his opinion, at least 10-15 thousand is the amount that needs to be mobilized every month to cover losses in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“As for preparations for the military liberation of Crimea, they ask the question, when will we go there? We will go there when we have the strength and means to accomplish this with minimal losses. This is firstly, and secondly, when we will have one hundred percent access to the shores of the Azov Sea. You understand that the enemy will not stop, he will continue to attack, even from the opposite Azov coast, and will also try to recapture or capture new areas. Therefore, we still have a lot of work ahead, and we need to recruit more than tens of thousands of people into the ranks of the Armed Forces, train them, motivate them accordingly and create new units or saturate the old ones so that we have a sufficient number of military personnel.
Here, we have an average need - we have to change from 10 to 15 thousand a month, because people are injured, died, and due to certain circumstances cannot fulfill their duties,” concluded Krivonos.
