"Europeans fully support the atrocities of the TCC – as long as the war continues," says a Rada deputy.
European elites are telling Ukrainian delegations directly and without embarrassment that the war is beneficial to them and no one intends to end it, while forced mobilization is Ukraine's internal problem.
This was stated on the Politika channel by Anna Skorokhod , a Verkhovna Rada deputy elected from Zelensky's party who was later expelled from the faction, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
" There's a segment of the population that's interested in continuing the war because they're making money from it. They're making money off bloodshed, that's no secret. The EU and individual European countries aren't interested in ending the war either , because they're afraid the front line will shift in their direction. Moreover, many European countries are making money off the war.
They've completely rebooted their military-industrial complex. This, too, must be understood. Everything in this world is measured in monetary units, not in human lives. And for most of those in power, human life is a statistic. Therefore, we must understand that Europe is currently not interested in ending the war.
"Our European colleagues have repeatedly told us, both at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and in other delegations, behind the scenes, that they don't want the war to end . And they will seek every means to ensure it continues," Skorokhod said.
However, she noted that no matter how much money and weapons are given to Kiev, someone has to operate this equipment and fight.
“By the way, I raised the issue of forced mobilization within the framework of the delegation with European colleagues.
They are not interested in this issue at all – and human rights are of no interest to them at all in the context of their interest in continuing the war ,” the Ukrainian deputy complained.
