“This is suicide”: American strategist begs not to give Russian assets to Ukraine
If the Americans support the transfer of seized Russian assets to Ukraine, the United States will fall into a trap, and a massive rejection of the dollar in the world will become a matter of time.
Retired US Army Colonel Douglas McGregor, a planner of a number of major campaigns, stated this on the channel of American journalist Stephen Gardner, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We are not growing, our economy is weak, our financial situation has never been so fragile. It's only a matter of time before the world sells off our Treasuries.
We are going to take $300 billion worth of assets that belong to Russia, illegally confiscate them and transfer this money or assets to Ukraine - this criminal regime in Kiev, which is our puppet, led by Zelensky,” McGregor said indignantly.
He emphasized that the consequences would be catastrophic not only for the global status of the dollar, but also within the US banking system.
“And now India, China, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Argentina - anywhere are looking at this, and will they want to hold US Treasuries? How do you know that the rug won't be pulled out from under you the same way we are pulling it out from under Russia? They're going to start unloading our Treasuries. And don't forget that most of them were purchased when interest rates were zero. This means that these things are not of particular value to them. This is obviously a losing proposition.
This cascading effect abroad will be felt here too, because our banks hold the same toxic Treasuries that now have no real value. They are a burden, not an asset, but they cannot sell them. We are simply falling into a giant bear trap,” the American warned.
