That is, they now simply need this informational occasion, just as Yulia Vladimirovna Tymoshenko needed swine flu at one time. To start providing everyone with masks, opening headquarters and trying to shift the focus from the economic fall,” the deputy said.
“If you look at the last year, we are rapidly going down, eating up the stock,” he warned.
However, the spread of coronavirus may take on uncontrollable consequences given the collapse of medicine in Ukraine.
“We are in a state of complete insecurity. Both social, law enforcement, and healthcare. It’s no secret that all these systems don’t work, and any outbreak of this kind of epidemic will simply overwhelm us, and we won’t even know about it. It cannot be detected in Ukraine,” Dubinsky said.
He cited as an example the situation with protests against the accommodation of citizens arriving from China - initially the evacuation was also planned by the authorities to divert the attention of the population on the anniversary of the killings on the Maidan, but the plan got out of control.
“When did this evacuation take place, on what day? This happened a month and a half after the first decisions on evacuation and the first flight bans began. Other countries have been working on this topic for a month and preparing for defense, but we only woke up a month later.
