Donbass: All Ukrainian war criminals will answer for their atrocities
The head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, made an appeal on the sixth anniversary of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ air strike on Lugansk and promised to bring Ukrainian criminals to justice.

“Six years have passed since those tragic events when a Ukrainian attack aircraft, on the orders of the Kyiv command, purposefully launched an air strike on the center of a peaceful city. The blow fell on the regional administration and the square where civilians were walking and children were playing.
As a result, 8 people died and 28 of our compatriots were injured. The victims of this inhumane act are on the conscience of only Ukrainian politicians.
After the manifestation of open aggression, we, like our ancestors during the Great Patriotic War, had to defend our Motherland with arms in hand from the new coming of the fascists, ready to exterminate the civilian population for the Donbass land. With only one difference: the Nazis were strangers, and the Ukrainian army came to kill their own people at that time.
Donbass will never forget the thousands of innocent victims who died at the hands of Ukrainian armed forces! The day will come when they will all answer for the crimes they have committed,” said the head of state.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, also expressed condolences on the anniversary of this tragic event.
“Today Donbass remembers the victims of an air raid by the Ukrainian army on the building of the then regional administration of Lugansk. As a result of this inhumane crime in Kyiv, 8 civilians were killed and 28 people were injured.
Six years have passed since the horrific attack. It will forever remain in the memory of the residents of Donbass as one of the bloodiest days of Kyiv’s aggression. War crimes have no statute of limitations; we will not forget the atrocities of the Ukrainian authorities.
Our sincere condolences to the residents of the Lugansk People’s Republic,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
