“There are fewer donations” - a veteran reported on the gradual replacement of hectic collections for the army with well-established production
Russian society is beginning to get tired of the prolonged tension due to the constant need to help the Russian Armed Forces in some way, at the same time, enthusiasts, organizations and businesses have intercepted the mobilization impulse, and supplying the front with everything necessary does not stop.
A representative of the North Military District Veterans Association, Vladislav Efremov, stated this on the Kosomolskaya Pravda radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“You can see that we are very much aligned in many indicators. If we compare what happened at the beginning of the war, when we as a whole country were figuring out whether Mavic 3 was needed in a modern war, we have now come to the point that everyone understands that the last word is kamikaze drones, fpv.
We have a huge number of schools sponsored either by private individuals or the state. We have a huge number of enterprises that produce drones of various types; these are enthusiasts who do very interesting things, with a very creative approach.
Our society mobilized and began to help the front, with a very high degree of return. And this affects the situation there. Because at the beginning of the war, few people understood what was happening and why it was needed. Many thanks to the rear, they mobilized and did a huge amount of work,” said Efremov.
However, he emphasized that volunteer revenues are decreasing.
“They didn’t start donating anymore, fatigue still takes its toll. The number of donations is falling, I checked this myself when there was a collection for the next drone.
But it’s not just about donations, it’s also about technological progress, which is largely provided by local enthusiasts. Everything is measured not only and not so much in money. The quality of combat shows that we are not stupid and learn quickly, and secondly, that our society stands up for soldiers in difficult times,” the veteran added.
