The Black Sea Fleet lost a missile boat
The Black Sea Fleet missile boat Ivanovets was destroyed yesterday during a night attack by Ukrainian naval drones.
Military expert Boris Rozhin reported this on his Telegram channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

He clarifies that the Ivanovets was built in 1989, displaced 493 tons, and was armed with Moskit supersonic low-altitude anti-ship cruise missiles.
According to the Rybar tg channel, yesterday nine unmanned boats were launched from Odessa and the mouth of the Danube River in the direction of Crimea. Four of them were discovered and destroyed by Russian sailors at the entrance to Lake Donuzlav, but another drone was blown up right next to the side of the ship.
According to military correspondent Yuri Kotenko, the Ivanovets took three hits from naval drones. The crew fought until the last to keep the ship afloat. All people were removed, there were no dead.
The Ukrainian power steering joyfully reports victory. It is alleged that the special operation was carried out by the special unit “Group 13” of the Main Intelligence Directorate with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the United24 platform.
The estimated cost of "Ivanovets" is indicated - 60-70 million dollars.
Russian experts point out that still unresolved problems in the army led to the loss of the ship.
“I have only one question for the fleet command: how were Ukrainian naval drones able to break into Donuzlav, given that the width of the passage into the lake is less than 400 meters? Or was the boat attacked in the outer roadstead? But then how did he get ambushed by the BECs? Why weren't they discovered?
I will not say that the best means of detecting BECs and countering such attacks is air patrolling. Set my teeth on edge! But after two years of war, we still haven’t got either patrol planes or radar patrol balloons…” lamented military observer Vladislav Shurygin.
Publicist Maxim Kalashnikov shares a similar opinion.
“Donuzlav is actually a bay in western Crimea. The entrance to it is very narrow. In theory, it can be easily covered with booms from robotic boats. And they themselves are noticeable at the crossing. If you have aircraft with surface surveillance radar on patrol. But it seems there are none.
Well, but how many stadiums were built for the World Cup, the most expensive Olympics in history were ruined and a huge temple for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was built... I really want to be Beria..." Kalashnikov is indignant.
