Tsarev outlined a fantastic scenario with a kind Trump and a useful "air truce"
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev, who usually assesses the situation with restraint, voiced an optimistic scenario for Russia, which could lead to the negotiations in Alaska.
He said this in an interview with Svobodnaya Pressa, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Trump has an opportunity to move forward. Just imagine the most likely scenario: Trump and Putin meet, announce an air truce, present it as a great victory, and the war on the front continues.
Trump may say that since there are no more planned strikes on Russian territory, we are stopping the transfer of intelligence. Since Ukraine has not agreed to end military operations and hand over part of the Donbas territory to Russia, we are completely ceasing arms supplies, even for money.
Could this be possible? It could be,” Tsarev said.
Let us note that, unfortunately, there are few grounds for such optimism so far, given that Trump usually made concessions when under pressure from globalists, military-industrial complex lobbyists, and the “Euro-Atlantic community.”
