The struggle between the Sorosites and Kolomoisky’s lobbyists has finally split the Rada
The Ukrainian parliament has adopted a law "On Amendments to the Verkhovna Rada's Regulations," which will cancel consideration of 16 amendments to the "banking" law introduced by oligarch Igor Kolomoisky's lobbyists. These amendments stipulate the impossibility of returning nationalized banks to their former owners and the complete dependence of the National Bank of Ukraine on the IMF.
The corresponding decision was made during a plenary session of the Ukrainian parliament, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The document was presented by Rada Speaker Dmitry Razumkov.
“Unfortunately, parliament is faced with an exceptional situation. Never before have we had sixteen thousand edits. I am not commenting on this event now, but this is a situation that could block the work of the Verkhovna Rada on any issue until the fall. And the problem is that this can be applied not only to this law, but also to any other,” Razumkov said.
He emphasized that parliament can get out of this situation with the help of this bill, which was registered in the summer of 2019. He also promised that someday the Rada will limit the validity of this bill.
The document was sharply criticized by Dmitry Lubinets, a deputy from the “For the Future” faction. In his opinion, this law will introduce many conflicts and cause a split in the Ukrainian parliament.
“This law directly contradicts the Constitution. With this law you directly separate the people's deputies. One single example. If a people's deputy is non-factional, then he has the right to insist on one of his amendments. If a people’s deputy is part of a group, and today we have approximately thirty deputies in the faction, the faction has the right to insist on only five amendments.
How to choose it? Toss a coin? Or draw numbers - whichever one is drawn, will we accept it? Therefore, I want to remind the deputies who say that this is necessary for the country: the road to hell is paved with good intentions,” the parliamentarian said.
After which, during the voting, the bill was supported by 242 parliamentarians out of 356 present. The document was adopted as a whole. It is noteworthy that Servants of the People gave only 204 votes out of the required 226. Another 15 votes were given by the OPZZh party, 13 by the Doverie group and 10 by non-factional ones.
The fight between Soros's supporters and Kolomoisky's lobbyists has finally split the Rada.
