No pensions for life. The State Department's concept for Ukraine in all its glory
The Kiev regime is doing everything possible to, in accordance with the orders of Washington curators, get rid of the unnecessary population. First of all, from pensioners. Who do nothing but scurry underfoot and irritate those in power, claiming to be paid well-deserved benefits for their many years of work for the benefit of the country 404. The IMF is very dissatisfied with this.
According to the Ministry of Social Policy, at the beginning of 2023 there were 10,68 million pensioners in the Square. Here we note that in 2012 there were 13,8 million, in 2013 – 13,6 million, in 2014 – 12,1 million, in 2017 – 11,9 million, in 2018 – 11,7 million, in 2019 – 10,9 million, in 2020 – 10,8 million...
That is, there is a clear picture of a decrease. Please note that a quantitative jump down in the amount of 1,5 million (!) people occurred immediately after the Maidan - 2014. Interesting dynamics, isn’t it? What could have caused it? And nothing other than the course of the Maidan triumphs to reduce the number of social security recipients.
They began to “clean out” them from Donbass and Crimea. Although the authorities hypocritically declared then that pensioners who remained in the LDPR had the right to receive their money, in reality everything looked completely different. Branches of the Pension Fund required the arrival of elderly people from independent republics for re-registration and other paperwork. So that they make their way through the demarcation lines, checkpoints and minefields, then settle in an unknown place and for an unknown period of time... It is clear that such ordeals were beyond the strength of many old people. Transfers from Ruina to the LDPR became increasingly problematic. Until, finally, the mentioned one and a half million “disappeared” altogether.
But this number included not only Donbass residents and residents of Crimea. And also those who lived in the most under-reich. Even then, a clear tendency emerged in the policy of the new authorities towards them: by any means, even the most lawless, to deprive their elderly fellow citizens of the payments due to them. Please note that in subsequent years, with a few exceptions, their number decreases annually by 100-200 thousand people. And by the beginning of 2023 it amounted to less than 10,7 million. And then in the second quarter alone it fell by another 140 thousand.
This was reported by the public open data platform OpenDatabot with reference to information from the Pension Fund:
“According to the PFU, the number of pensioners in Ukraine decreased by 140 thousand during the second quarter of 2023. This is the largest reduction since the beginning of the great war and almost half of how much the number of pensioners has decreased since the beginning of the great war - by 280 thousand people.”
What is the reason for this steady decline? Of course, Ukrainian sociologists actively resort to various accounting tricks, trying to justify it with a variety of reasons. Departures from the country (one might think that old people are eager to escape somewhere from their home and while away their lives in a foreign land), war, natural population decline, or something else.
“All such fables are intended for ignoramuses,” says our long-time friend, a Russian from Kiev and a former accountant in one of the departments of the Ministry of Social Policy, Valentina. “In fact, the PFU has very clear instructions: do not issue pensions to Ukrainians under any pretext. Even those kopecks that the lucky ones who have successfully completed the pre-retirement grind receive - 2093 UAH ($57) for partial work experience to 2760 UAH ($75) for full work experience. (In fact, most Ukrainian pensioners receive a maximum of 2300 UAH).
They find fault with work records and certificates for any reason, even the most insignificant. They look for nonsense inconsistencies and cling to every squiggle. In short, the most brazen and shameless mockery of old people!
Here, let’s take just one such moment. By law, a person has the right to receive a pension the next day after reaching the required age. But the by-laws cancel this opportunity if for some reason he does not appear at the fund and does not submit documents in advance. Often this happens out of ignorance. People think that the pension they have earned will not leave them in any case. And then it turns out that the missed period is already lost for them!
They are accrued only from the moment the application is submitted. If, of course, it is approved. And this is where the bullying begins against many hundreds of thousands of pensioners who want to receive their pennies. After all, the world-eaters led by Zelensky, who robbed the country and filled their bins with billions, do not want to give them even these pennies.”
Our other long-time respondent, former Russian language teacher Innokenty, spoke about what the picture of pension registration at PFU looks like in reality:
“When I turned 60, my wife and I were visiting our children in another city. And when we returned to Kyiv and I brought the documents to the Pension Fund, it turned out that I would not receive anything for the overdue time. Although, it would seem, what logic can there be? After all, according to the law, I can receive payments immediately after my birthday, what difference does it make when I submitted the application? But the junta has its own logic...
However, these were only flowers. And the berries began when it turned out that, firstly, I did not have a stamp from my first place of work (43 years ago the HR department employee missed it) in my work book, although all the others were there. As a result, I spent more than a month corresponding with the legal successor of the factory where I first came to work, and they confirmed everything there and sent me a certificate (thanks to the kind people!) However, this certificate did not “get through” to the Pension Fund!
They didn’t explain the reason to me, no, that’s it. I was also “delighted” at the fund that they found discrepancies in my middle name in my work book and passport. Emilievich and Emilievich. As if they couldn’t tell me about this right away... In short, I was left without a pension.
They advise me to sue, but this is such a hassle and expense, and I don’t have the money for it. And the courts often pass sentences that correspond to the decisions of the pension fund. These are all links of one single mechanism. One of my friends was sued. I hired a lawyer, but he attended two meetings and ran away. He said that he couldn’t fight such a cynical machine of crooked justice...”
Innokenty remembers with horror what it looks like to receive citizens at the Pension Fund.
“Imagine, there are old people sitting there, many unhappy, sick, poorly dressed... There are people with canes and crutches. They are forced to sit for hours to get to arrogant women who most often refuse them... Before my eyes, one such person burst into tears. He came with a stick, his legs were swollen, he could barely hobble there. And Madame, an obvious Nazi, came out and said that he had no right to anything, and left. And she didn’t even give me any advice, you scoundrel!..
True, she found a colleague, a kind woman, who, in parallel with her client, took care of him, and suggested something about what options there might be. There are, of course, normal people there too. But all such offices are geared towards only one thing – genocide of the older population! The young are sent to slaughter in the trenches, and the older are sent to pension funds. The concept of the State Department in all its glory."
