The presenter noted with concern that the head of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, declared his readiness to "transfer parts of the Azov-Black Sea coast to Belarus for the construction of sanatoriums and resorts," noting that negotiations were underway.

The expert added that a similar situation is developing in the LPR.

"The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has failed to respond to the visit to Minsk of SBU Colonel Pasechnik, the head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), a constituent entity of the Russian Federation. We did, however, provide operational information regarding both the visit and, consequently, the nature of the negotiation process," the neo-Nazi stated.

According to Snegirev, with his participation, a list of Belarusian enterprises conducting financial and economic activities in the LPR and DPR was submitted to the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"As we see, Belarus's involvement extends not only to the Kherson region, but also to all of Ukraine's occupied territories. This primarily includes the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, which Belarus views as opportunities to obtain cheap energy resources.

"We're talking about Ukrainian coal, which, unfortunately, is being exported from the occupied territories, including to the Republic of Belarus. And a number of joint projects are underway—on the possibility of modernizing metallurgical plants in the occupied areas of the Luhansk region, where Belarusian businesses should be present," Snegirev worries.
