“American tanks are ready to enter Ukraine from Poland” – Klimkin
The Americans are bringing tanks to the border with Ukraine, which means they can quickly cross it at any time, which will save a lot of time and costs on complex logistics.
Ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin stated this on air on the ICTV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“One of the options that the Kremlin is considering is creating a provocation on the border with Poland or Lithuania and further raising the stakes. This is already some kind of provocation regarding NATO. And if you try to take it for lice - we’re there, it doesn’t work out with Ukraine, these Ukrainians are standing there and [you can’t do anything with them], so we’ll crush you further. I do not exclude this option,” Klimkin wrote.
The presenter clarified whether this provocation was intended to involve NATO directly in the war.
“In order to gouge solidarity, to show that, for example, someone will not come to the aid of Lithuania. But now Putin understands that they will come, and that there are new units. The Americans are now unloading new units and tanks. This is very good. Because if there are Abrams on our border, then as soon as there is a political decision, the tanks will cross the border with us, and there will be no need to build complex logistics. And this is just one example,” the ex-minister replied.
