The head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, stated this during his press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This is a standard tactic: intimidate, make us afraid, cause maximum damage to fields, housing, and infrastructure. We have seen all this very well since 2014-2015. They cannot defeat us by military force and are trying to inflict maximum damage. This is such a “disgusting policy”, there is nothing new. The Germans did the same with Ukraine and Russia: they had a policy - “Scorched Earth Tactics”. They are trying to carry out this policy on our territories, squeeze them with ammunition, and make adjustments from drones. A standard phenomenon,” Zakharchenko said.
