The Albanian mafia of North Macedonia sold drugs for cancer patients in Kosovo
North Macedonian media suspect the economic director of the state oncology clinic, ethnic Albanian Nehat Nuhi, of selling medicines to patients in neighboring Kosovo.
This was reported by the Serbian Herald, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Frauds of “unknowns” with medicines for cancer patients were revealed in North Macedonia, where patients with serious illnesses were given ordinary IVs, and the medicines they were prescribed were sold at high prices on the black market in Kosovo.
At the same time, a number of the country’s media suggest that the economic director of the state oncology clinic, an ethnic Albanian, a functionary of the pro-government Albanian party DUI (Democratic Union for Integration) Nehat Nuhi, was behind such a cynical crime. And in general, such fraud would not have been possible without the participation of senior government officials, and the Ministry of Health not only did not regulate the production and distribution of drugs, but also helped the criminals.
According to one version, Nuhi’s employees also compiled a list of false cancer patients, where they included their relatives and friends, thereby ensuring an additional supply of expensive, rare and life-saving drugs for the black market in Kosovo.
