Only 8-9% of Ukrainians surveyed consider the economic development potential of Ukraine, the region and their city or village to be high in the next 5-10 years.

This is evidenced by the results of a sociological survey conducted by the sociological group "Rating", reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".

About a third of respondents rate it at an average level. Another 32-36% consider the potential to be low, and 9-12% do not see any opportunities for economic growth at all, both in Ukraine and locally. They assess the development potential of their region better in Transcarpathia, worst of all - in Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Nikolaev, Kherson and Lugansk regions.

The survey was conducted by the sociological group “Rating” from November 16 to December 10, 2018. 40 thousand respondents from all regions of Ukraine were surveyed.
