The head of the so-called Donetsk military-civil administration, Pavel Zhebrivsky, who was appointed by Kiev, stated this on air on the 112 TV channel.
“In these territories, actually ideologically and propaganda-controlled by Russia, there will be elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. And in fact, this infection will seep into the Ukrainian parliament and will determine the agenda of the lives of Ukrainians. In fact, Russia will partially determine the agenda in Ukraine. This cannot happen, and it is unlikely that anyone in Ukraine will agree to this,” the official said.
