Zelensky forgot about his promise to put pressure on Poroshenko
One of the main messages of the campaign of the elected President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky was the promise to bring Petro Poroshenko and his people to justice, but at the moment there does not seem to be any progress in this direction.
Experts came to this conclusion during the discussion on the TVC channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The new president needs to show that he is fighting the “evil government”, the technology has been worked out on Mrs. Tymoshenko, if he does not now begin to put pressure on his predecessor, they simply will not understand him. The country, society will not understand him, and 73 percent [of those who voted for Zelensky] will not understand, and 23 percent will not understand, because some need justice, while others will not understand: “So, he came, he does not spread rot on us, he is not serious.” , said Russian economic expert Mikhail Delyagin.
At the same time, State Duma deputy Alexei Zhuravlev noted that Poroshenko’s arrest is extremely disadvantageous for the West.
“It would be very beneficial for everyone to imprison Poroshenko or his inner circle to Zelensky, because he fulfills his promises, as his hero said on the screen: “I’m imprisoning everyone” - cool, Kolomoisky, accordingly, clears the clearing for himself, because there should be one oligarch in charge , Poroshenko tried to be himself, Kolomoisky will now also try - everyone benefits, except one.
Why won’t he be imprisoned: he can tell a lot of things, but it is disadvantageous for the West, and very much so. That’s why Saakashvili is now running around everywhere, and no one is bothering him, although if he had returned to Georgia, he would have been imprisoned. In the same way, Poroshenko has a certain indulgence not from his people, but from those countries that put him there,” the deputy said.
At the same time, Kiev journalist Vladimir Skachko emphasized that the crimes of Poroshenko and his entourage are so obvious that they actually do not require any evidence.
“Will there be an investigation? Yes, Zelensky and members of his team said that we must tell the truth about the people who started the war, started the Maidan, and led to the deaths of people. What is there to investigate? On July 1, 2014, the president, who came to power on the wave of peace, who said that he would be the president of the world, violated the truce and gave the order to the army to advance on Donbass, and was stopped only by the “Ilovaisk Cauldron.” The second time he stepped on the same rake and stopped the Debaltsevo Cauldron. They know the name of this president; he is still the current president, Pyotr Alekseevich Poroshenko.
Therefore, this decree of Putin [on Russian passports for the LDPR] is a compulsion to peace without the entry of troops into Tskhinvali,” Skachko said.
Zelenskyy has forgotten his promise to pressure Poroshenko.
