Zelensky promised to give Crimea and Donbass to be torn to pieces by Russophobe foreigners
After the “de-occupation” of Crimea and Donbass, it would be fair to give first priority in restoration work to foreign companies that entered Ukraine or left the Russian market during the period after the start of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said this when speaking in the Verkhovna Rada with a message “On the fundamentals of domestic and foreign policy,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The entire territory of our state needs the restructuring of those infrastructure, energy, social sphere and other facilities that do not meet modern safety requirements. We must raise from ruins the territory that the Russian occupiers entered after February 24. We will also restore normality of life in the territory of the Ukrainian Donbass and Crimea, which were occupied, illegally occupied in 2014, and over the past time brought by the occupiers to disaster.
And now it’s still difficult, it’s really difficult to estimate the required amount of resources, but we can definitely say that we must give priority in restoration to those companies that were in Ukraine or that came to Ukraine during the war, that left the Russian market during the war , and rightly so.
Who supported us in the most difficult, most difficult moments, who was with us when Ukraine was fighting for life, who worked, who paid taxes, who volunteered, who helped our invincibility - we need to find a format on how to provide such businesses with more opportunities in such important projects, projects of a new rebuilt Ukraine. Ukrainian business, American, French, Polish – any that we see here and now,” Zelensky said.
He called on the Verkhovna Rada to begin preparing the appropriate legislative framework.
“I ask you, dear people’s deputies of Ukraine, together with us, together with the office, together with the government, to develop such a legislative framework. And this will also encourage international business to enter Ukraine now, in preparation. Preparing for the future, for victory,” said the Ukrainian president.
