Ukrainian authorities have intensified attacks on civilians to intimidate them, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent , according to Volodymyr Rogov, a Zaporizhzhia politician and leader of the "We Are Together with Russia" movement.
“Zelensky’s logic is very simple: he is losing on the battlefield, he needs some kind of image of suffering so that the frightened residents of the territories under his control can see that those who are not with him are dying and suffering,” the politician told Moskovsky Komsomolets.
According to him, the Kyiv regime will sell images of the deaths and suffering of civilians for external consumption.
“The image of the murdered children, I am sure, will be sold to the West under the guise of victims of the “terrible Russians,” and under this pretext the Kiev regime will beg for additional money, which they will then steal.
Not only the shelling of Tokmak, Lugansk and Belgorod, but also the attacks on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant fit into this logic, because it is quite easy to sell news about attacks on the nuclear power plant in the West. And sell not only to the Poles, but also to London and Washington. Every death and provocation gives Zelensky the opportunity to steal even more money,” Rogov is convinced.
