“One day of war costs us 80 million hryvnia. I don’t count the taxes that we don’t raise from Donetsk and Lugansk; they stopped paying us there. I don’t count the billions that we need to spend to restore Donetsk and Lugansk... They bombed the mines, the railway,” he said.
