Elections are approaching: Dodon called Russia a close friend and brother
Russia will make 4 decisions regarding Moldova in the near future.
Moldovan President Igor Dodon announced this today during a live internet broadcast, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“First, this is a loan of 200 million euros. I hope an agreement will be signed. The second very important agreement that all Moldovans who work in Russia are waiting for is on social protection. The point is that those who work in Russia can receive a pension here upon returning home.
We have already adopted this document at the government meeting, it needs to be signed. The third important agreement is on diesel fuel for agriculture. I am confident (I cannot disclose the details yet) that the Russian Federation, as a true friend and brother of the Moldovan people, will provide several tens of thousands of tons of humanitarian aid to support agricultural producers.
This is at my request, which I conveyed to Putin. The fourth area is related to coronavirus. We are very concerned about vaccinating our people. I really hope that at my request we will receive 100-150 thousand vaccines,” Dodon said.
Let us recall that in April the Moldovan government already reached an agreement with the Russian Federation on a loan of 200 million euros at 2% per annum for 10 years. However, the agreement was annulled by the Constitutional Court after a petition from deputies from pro-European and oligarchic factions. They stated that it was better to take loans in the West.
Back in August, Dodon offered to test the Russian coronavirus vaccine on himself.
Presidential elections in Moldova will take place in early November.
