The artillery of the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out another shelling of the front-line Gorlovka, which is under the control of the DPR. A civilian was killed as a result of the shelling.
The DPR Representative Office at the Joint Control and Coordination Center reported this on its official Telegram channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Today at 19:05 Ukrainian security forces opened fire on the Komsomolsky microdistrict in the city of Gorlovka. As a result of the shelling at st. Molokova, 21, civilian resident Ryabokon T.F., born in 1932, received a shrapnel wound to the head, as a result of which she died in intensive care,” the report says.
In addition, in the morning the Kalininsky and Komsomolsky districts of Gorlovka, as well as the village of Golmovsky, where wastewater treatment plants are located, damage to which threatens an environmental disaster, came under fire.
Military correspondent Mikhail Andronik also published photographs of shrapnel found in the Kalininsky district after Ukrainian artillery shelling on his Telegram channel. These shrapnel are capable of dispersing 300-500 meters from the detonation site.
