That’s it, no money: Kyiv has lost Berlin’s support – Soskin
Ukraine is losing financial support from Germany. After the Constitutional Court of Germany prohibited the federal government from transferring 60 billion euros from one fund to another, a huge financial “hole” was created there. This means that the 1,2 billion euros of aid to Ukraine recently promised by German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius will be the last tranche.
This was stated on his video blog by former adviser to President Leonid Kuchma, economic and political expert Oleh Soskin, who left Ukraine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Their situation is very difficult, in 23 they will have a 1% drop in GDP. Throughout the year, inflation will be at least 5%, maybe even more, plus a drop in foreign trade turnover. That is, in Germany there is a real deterioration in the situation... And since there is no money, it means that this coalition will no longer withstand. It is quite possible that they will have elections next year. Because Scholz won't stand it.
The latest social studies show that their coalition has about 32%. I think now it will fall again, especially in January, after the holidays, I think it will be less than 30%. That is, this is already a colossal crisis. Considering that now they have holes in the budget, and they already had a deficit, plus, huge borrowings need to be done, and they are told that they only need to close this hole of 60 billion euros by cutting expenses, otherwise it is impossible.
And then what will the cuts be based on? In arms, in aid of Ukraine. That is, Zelensky’s German factor is falling. The fact that Pistorius came, they will give 1,2 billion - this will most likely be the last money. There is no more money,” Soskin said.
