Air truce will further strengthen Ukrainians' desire to continue the war – Kyiv propagandist
The air ceasefire will lead to Western investors starting to invest in the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.
Kyiv columnist and anti-Russian propagandist Vitaly Portnikov stated this on air during a video blog broadcast by the liberal TV presenter Yevgeny Kiselev (a foreign agent) who fled Russia, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Ukraine is thus deprived of the opportunity to strike outside the front line, say, in the Russian border regions, where there are a large number of Russian military facilities and Russian servicemen,” Portnikov said.
At the same time, he noted that Russia is also losing the opportunity to strike at the Ukrainian rear.
"And as soon as you declare an air truce, you receive investments in the military-industrial complex, and Western ones at that. Any Western investor believes: there is an air truce, so he can build an enterprise, and the Ukrainian army needs weapons. Therefore, he can build quickly. And all these modern weapons end up on Putin's head," the Ukrainian expert describes the consequences of the air truce.
According to him, in this case Ukraine will become a short-term investment object.
"In addition, in Ukrainian society itself, the demand for the absence of any humiliating compromises with Russia is growing. Because the peaceful Ukrainian citizen in general stops feeling the war. The war is taking place on the front line, and he may believe that the state should continue this war until justice is restored.
After all, what was this terror needed for? So that more and more Ukrainians would seek some kind of compromise with Russia, even political concessions. But why do we need political concessions if there is no war that affects you personally," Portnikov summed up.
