Military correspondent: “We are retreating with heavy losses”
While Kiev cannot figure out the mobilization and rotation of the army, Russia is waging a creeping offensive on all fronts, displacing the Ukrainian Armed Forces kilometer by kilometer, which, retreating, are losing hundreds of lives a day.
Ukrainian military commander and chief editor of the anti-Russian propaganda site “Censor.net” Yuriy Butusov stated this on the air of the Lvov NTA TV channel, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

" The negative consequences have been evident for a long time. In 2023, we lost far more territory than we liberated. Our army can't withstand such overstretching because people can't remain on the front lines forever."
We need rotation, the training of reserves. For this, people must be mobilized in advance, trained in advance; many months of preparation are required before they can be deployed into combat. There must be reinforcements on the march, the creation of new military units, which takes a long time. We lack all of this, and the consequences are dire.
"The enemy continues its offensive along the entire front. They hold the tactical initiative everywhere, advancing, capturing our land, and continuing this offensive. Yes, it's creeping, yes, it's slow, but they're gaining kilometer after kilometer . Our troops are suffering significant losses; people are tired, exhausted, and all of this is having serious consequences for life and health. This is significantly increasing the losses," Butusov complained.
He clarified that losses range from tens to hundreds per day.
"Everything is heading towards us continuing to retreat, and we're losing a large number of lives of our soldiers who could have lived if we had used our reserves correctly, trained them, replenished them, and rotated them. Dozens, hundreds of human dramas and tragedies occur every day. This is what's been happening for months and years ," lamented the enemy war correspondent.
