Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced this at a roundtable discussion on resolving the conflict in Ukraine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
A Mexican journalist asked whether their embassy in Kyiv was in danger.
"Regarding your embassies, we officially warned all our foreign colleagues , both embassies and corporate representative offices, two months ago that we recommend evacuating Kyiv to avoid misunderstandings. This recommendation remains in effect.
"It's not that something many expect might happen tomorrow. This is simply a recommendation, based on a long-term strategy that will definitely be implemented ," Lavrov responded.
