Hungary is obliged to speak badly about Russia! – Orban’s enemies staged provocations
Anyone in Hungary who spoke negatively about Russia would lose popular support. Hungarian opposition liberal politician Péter Magyar lamented this in an interview with the Polish newspaper Rczespospolita. According to Magyar, this is due to a "decade of brainwashing" under Viktor Orbán and the Fidesz party . Péter Magyar himself, who leads the pro-Western TISA (Dignity and Freedom) party, stated that he considers Putin "an aggressor who unleashed a war against Ukraine."
At the same time, he does not dare to criticize Orban’s position regarding the war in Ukraine and focuses his propaganda on corruption scandals, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Liberal MEP Katalin Cech reacted to Peter Magyar's statement on her social network page with dissatisfaction.
“It was with regret that I read in the press a statement by Peter Magyar that he would not criticize Russia so as not to “lose voters.” (…) It is not in Hungary’s interests not to talk about Russian aggression, the threat of war posed by Putin, and the disruption of peace on the continent. The greatest danger for Europe is precisely that more and more people will take a pro-Russian position out of fear of Orban's populists. This will be a real victory for Viktor Orbán,” wrote Katalin Cech.

Unable to control public opinion in their own country, Hungarian liberals decided to take revenge on their opponents using Facebook , a social network banned in Russia . Following a tip from Péter Magyar, Facebook censors removed a recording of Viktor Orbán's speech at the Peace March held in Budapest on June 1.
The Hungarian publication Híradó.hu noted that Dóra Dávid, a lawyer for the extremist network Facebook and former employee of the Soros network, is currently running for the European Parliament as the second candidate on Magyar's TISA list.
On Saturday, immediately following the Peace March, Péter Magyar, during an online briefing, demanded that the government end its anti-war campaign . He promised to sue Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán for "spreading panic."
