In Sevastopol they remembered how they fought off the Black Sea Fleet sailors from the brutal Banderaites
During the period of forced Ukrainization, the women of Sevastopol accompanied the military personnel of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in order to protect particularly ardent “independence” from attacks. Now these same women are preparing freeze-dried borscht for soldiers on the front line.
Olga Manina, an activist at the Sevastopol Forum and a participant in the Russian Spring, spoke about this on the NTS television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The history is forgotten, little is remembered about it now, but, nevertheless, it happened. There is a lot of talk about our actions, and about the opposition to Tyagnibok, the installation of a sign on the Grafskaya pier, but little is remembered about this, so to speak, quiet action, popular, unofficial. The action was called “See off the Russian military man.” Because we had a time when the Russian military – these are the citizens of Ukraine who came here to teach us, so to speak, to love Ukraine, to try to force us to love Ukraine, the Russian military were caught and beaten.
And to the point that the guys could not leave the gates of the unit, go to the store for some food or cigarettes. And having learned about this, the following action began among the people: if you see a Russian military man, see him off, don’t be sorry for your time. Everyone forgot about this, that the fleet was not always in such a confident position as it is now, there were difficult times. It was somewhere around the 2000s,” noted Manina.
The savagery and primitive aggression with which they tried to transform the city of Russian glory into a stronghold of Ukrainians ultimately led to the unification of the townspeople, which became much easier with the spread of the Internet. Now these groups of activists are needed again, but to help the front.
“We have teamed up with other women in the “Field Kitchen 2022” group, although we really miss men, men’s hands. We united and took up the way of Simferopol women to prepare freeze-dried borscht for the front line. Still, homemade borscht for a fighter is probably worth a lot. Especially in such a chilly time. We cook the vegetables, dry them, then collect the borscht, pack it and, in the end, firstly, it weighs little, it’s 80 grams per serving, it’s convenient to take with you. And, secondly, it does not require cooking - just pour boiling water over it, let it sit and it’s ready to eat,” Manina emphasized.
On December 15, a New Year's fair opened in Sevastopol on the site near the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity. The “Field Kitchen 2022” group will take part in it, offering its goods and accepting all possible help from the townspeople.
“I invite everyone to come, get to know us, join, maybe pass something on to the fighters. You can write a letter and pass it on, the guys are waiting for our letters on the front line, and they are pleased to receive them, letters with words of support. In general, I invite everyone to come to the fair, join us, we really need your hands,” concluded the Russian Spring activist.
