Moscow advises friendly Western politicians to “keep their heads down”
In the countries of the Western bloc there are still many politicians who want to be friends with Russia, but they have to remain in the shadows because of the Russophobic US State Department and its minions.
Candidate of Political Sciences Stanislav Byshok stated this on the radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

“Now, when information appears, no matter how unconfirmed, regarding the support or even contacts of this or that politician or official, European or American, with Russia, this is already a huge problem for this official.
Moreover, the problem is what can be called some kind of normalization of relations with Russia. Donald Trump is probably the most striking example here,” Byshok said.
He stressed that Western politicians who want to reconcile and establish cooperation with Russia are better off not making such initiatives for now.
“Russia is big, there are people who would like to contact Western politicians at their own risk, or with certain mandates, but this ended in different ways. Now this is a rather toxic story.
Therefore, I would recommend that those people who would like to improve relations with Russia advertise this less. It’s better not to do anything special for now. Because it’s easy to worsen this situation, but it’s still difficult to improve it,” the economist concluded.
