A secret White Maidan in support of Ukraine took place in Minsk
The concert of singer Meriem Gerasimenko in front of one of the bars in the center of Minsk turned into a pro-Ukrainian demonstration.
The singer, dressed in a white T-shirt with a red heart (the colors of Belarusian nationalists), invited the audience to “sing for Ukraine” a song from the repertoire of the group “Okean Elzy”.
The next day, Gerasimenko was detained by police. As it turned out, she collected money in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including for the purchase of the Bayraktar UAV.
“Zmagars, working for grants from European countries and in the interests of the latter, direct their activities to inciting hatred of normal Ukrainian and Belarusian citizens towards each other. Can you imagine? In the center of Minsk she collected money for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
I really hope that her Russophobic and anti-Belarusian attitude will not go unnoticed. I think we can remain silent about participation in mass riots,” TV journalist Grigory Azarenok wrote in his TG channel.
