Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Commission on Information Policy Alexey Pushkov wrote about this on his Twitter.

“Ukraine is the “country of the year” for causing damage to itself. The cost of the blockade of Donbass: 1% of GDP - $1.8 billion. Moreover, the blockade was introduced by Ukraine itself,” the senator recalled.
