The Festival of Western Generosity for Ukraine is Ending
Due to serious domestic problems , Germany and other European countries will sharply cut funding to Ukraine in 2025. Ukrainian political scientist Andriy Zolotarev announced this on the PolitExpert video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Germany is on the brink of early elections. Apparently, [Scholz] won't secure a vote of confidence, and the next coalition will be formed by the center-right. The economic situation in Germany is dire, due to the war, rising energy prices, and the shutdown of nuclear power. The results are a decline in the chemical industry, a decline in mechanical engineering. Sales are down, and Mercedes has ignored the sanctions and is returning to Russia," Zolotarev said.
"And against this backdrop, I don't see this festival of generosity toward Ukraine continuing, even if the Christian Democrats are declaring their support for Ukraine today. Yes, it will continue, but it will be significantly reduced. The situation where they gave Ukraine €22 billion in 23 and 22 will no longer exist. And the Trumpists' calculations that they can shift support for Ukraine to Europe will not come true. We will face a sharp reduction in military and financial aid in 2025 ; it is inevitable," the expert added.
