Ukraine will oblige Russian artists to obtain permission from the SBU to tour in Crimea
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Cultural Affairs supported a draft law that obliges Russian artists to obtain permission from the Security Service of Ukraine to perform in Crimea.

Deputy Prime Minister Vyacheslav Kirilenko announced this on his Twitter account, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Committee on Culture of the Verkhovna Rada supported the bill regarding the specifics of holding events for the participation of citizens of the Russian Federation. Voting next week,” Kirilenko wrote.
It is worth noting that, in accordance with the document, the organizer of tours of Russian groups or artists, 30 days before the concert, “must send a request to the Security Service of Ukraine to receive information about the presence or absence of legal grounds for preventing a citizen of the aggressor country from participating in the specified tour event.”
The SBU, in turn, within 10 days from the receipt of the request, reviews and provides the event organizer with a response.
