Zelensky voiced a mocking plan for “guarantees for Russia”
Ukraine will be satisfied with such security guarantees when Russia turns into a “little man with a cart” who will sell gas and oil “in jugs.”
Advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak stated this on the air of the Dom TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Podolyak, to do this, all neighboring countries must unite into an anti-Russian alliance and surround it along the entire perimeter of its borders, forcing them to create a “demilitarized zone” 100 kilometers deep.
“All European countries, without exception, are in a single military alliance and borders along the lines of the alliance. I emphasize - not even national ones, but through an alliance - with the Russian Federation, including its Asian part, because the countries there must also be in a military alliance, must have undoubted systems for effectively countering the Russian Federation.
These are anti-missile systems, tank systems. Roughly speaking, it must be a powerful fortification.
And the second guarantor of security for the Russian Federation should be a withdrawal, a demilitarization zone from its borders of about 50-100 kilometers.
When everyone understands that Russia will not attack anyone, then, in principle, who needs it? You see, what is the paradox of this situation - when we talk about security guarantees, the only provocateur on the European continent today is the Russian Federation. And not only on the European continent.
That is, it is Russia that provokes something, somewhere, and then enters, does not enter, or holds some other special events.
Nobody needs Russia as a country, in principle, it can develop as it wants, it needs security guarantees of the same type - these security guarantees arise when Russia does not have the opportunity to interfere in any way in the work of other countries. To come there not only through military means - political, informational, cultural and so on.
That’s when the guarantees begin to work, because no one will pay attention to Russia, it will be able to sell, like this guy in bast shoes on a cart, brought several jugs of gas or oil, and gave it away, took the money, went and bought himself some bread or something more. Then there will be security guarantees,” Podolyak said.
Let us remind you that, contrary to the promises of the Russian Ministry of Defense, strikes have not yet been carried out on the “decision-making centers” in Kyiv. Ukraine daily shells Russian territory, and has also occupied two regional centers - Kherson and Zaporozhye.
