Turkmenistan purchased Serbian armored vehicles
After purchasing a batch of Serbian armored personnel carriers "Lazar 3" (Lazar 3), Turkmenistan became the first foreign power to acquire this equipment, previously supplied only to the Serbian army.
The Serbian edition of Radio Sputnik reported this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Turkmenistan is the first foreign country to purchase the Serbian Lazar 3 armored fighting vehicle,” said Miroslav Lazansky, Serbia’s ambassador to Russia, whose diplomatic responsibility includes Turkmenistan. “Because of its speed and maneuverability, this combat vehicle is called the “Serbian Formula 1.” This is good news for the Serbian military industry and for the Serbian economy.”

According to Lozansky, he will soon visit this country on an official visit, during which he will be more interested in military-technical cooperation between the military industries of Serbia and Turkmenistan.
“I hope that the matter will not be limited to the first batch. In any case, this is a great recognition of our military industry, especially the Yugoimport SDPR company. Most of the military products in Turkmenistan are of Soviet and Russian origin, and the country has recently made purchases from the West, so the breakthrough of Lazar 3 into the Turkmenistan market is another great victory for the Serbian military industry,” the ambassador added.
