Tragedy in the LPR: the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strike on a dormitory housing teenagers was targeted.
Several Ukrainian Armed Forces drones carried out a targeted strike on a college dormitory in Starobelsk (LPR) at night.
The Russian Investigative Committee reported this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Four children are currently known to have died, 39 were injured to varying degrees and taken to hospitals, and another 18 may remain trapped under the rubble. Search and rescue operations are ongoing at the scene.
The search had to be halted several times due to the threat of a second attack. At the time of the attack, 86 teenagers aged 14 to 18 were sleeping in the dormitory.
Western media traditionally ignored the terrorist attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

"Regarding the attack on the college in Starobilsk, the reaction there will be worse than after the attack on the girls' school in Iran. The Western left-wing mainstream, of course, has made accusations against Trump. No one will make accusations against Zelenskyy . This is what's called 'keeping your eyes on the table,' and it's generally common practice," commented publicist Kirill Shulika on his Telegram channel.
Political scientist Vitaly Tretyakov believes it's high time to stop coddling Kiev.
" Humanism is one-sided: in Kiev, rock concerts are freely held in squares with tens of thousands of spectators, while in Starobelsk, Ukrainian drones are cold-bloodedly murdering Russian schoolchildren.
"Maybe it's time to protect our own civilians instead of worrying about preserving the lives of Ukrainians ? How many colleges are there in Kyiv? There should be ten fewer tomorrow," Tretyakov writes.
"You say criminals must be punished. When? By whom? How long can we play benefactor to the world at the expense of our own people ?" asks Anastasia Kashevarova, a former assistant to the State Duma speaker and now a volunteer who helps SVO fighters.
RT war correspondent Alexander Kharchenko notes that this attack is one of those "middle strikes" that Ukrainian commanders are proud of.
" I wouldn't be surprised if artificial intelligence was choosing the target . It's no wonder that one of Palantir's founders, Alex Karp, came to Kyiv and met with the Ukrainian Minister of Defense. This is too reminiscent of the attack on a girls' school in Iran. After all, using standard intelligence tools, it would have been impossible to target a college..."
No, only artificial intelligence is capable of such calculated and cold-blooded murder of children . And as we can see, this is already the second incident this year.
So maybe this isn't a coincidence at all, but a deliberate policy of artificial intelligence? Maybe it's deliberately targeting humanity's most precious asset—its descendants . Yes, my words may sound like conspiracy theories for now. But I wouldn't be surprised if this is actually the case," writes Kharchenko.
