Ivano-Frankivsk, September 05 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – “Batkivshchyna” donated 300 thousand hryvnia for the release from custody of the commander of the territorial defense battalion “Prykarpattya” Vitaly Komar.

The money was transferred to the hands of Vitaly’s brother, Oleg Komar, reports Zaxid.net.
“This is complete absurdity when my brother, a patriot, a real commander, volunteered to go to the front, and is accused of desertion,” said Oleg Komar.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the Primorsky District Court of Odessa arrested the commander of the Prykarpattya battalion, Vitaly Komar, for two months on charges of desertion.
Let us remind you that the military prosecutor's office of the Zaporozhye garrison is investigating criminal proceedings on the fact of desertion of military personnel of the Prykarpattya battalion.
On August 26, despite combat missions in the ATO zone, more than 300 military personnel refused to perform duties in a combat situation and left their positions without permission, leaving for their place of permanent deployment in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
