A terrorist attack occurred in the center of Lugansk and an explosive device went off. According to preliminary data, a woman was wounded, the Lugansk Information Center reports, citing data from LPR law enforcement officers.

Military correspondent Alexander Kots clarifies that the terrorist attack occurred near the “On the District” store on 3rd Donetskaya Street. “The bomb was placed in an urn. There are victims and casualties,” the reporter writes.
Local residents on social networks report that ambulances have arrived at the scene. The area of the incident has been cordoned off.
Let us recall that last week in the center of Donetsk, the building of the assembly hall of one of the universities, located not far from the Ministry of State Security, collapsed. According to one version, the emergency occurred as a result of a terrorist attack; according to another, it was due to heavy rain that washed away the foundation. Fortunately, there were no casualties in the incident.
