Ukrainian manufacturers have no chance to get back on their feet, because any political and military leadership of the country is only engaged in deception and robbery in all industries.
Former deputy commander of the Special Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ex-deputy secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Sergei Krivonos stated this on the air of the Internet channel “UkrLife”, a correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“Purchasing and production at the expense of a Ukrainian manufacturer is great, a good idea, and it has been around for a long time. But there is one problem - any leader who comes to the Ministry of Defense says beautiful things, but the end result is always nothing. You can remember the billions spent on the purchase of artillery shells and mortar shells,” the general said.
“When manufacturers have a firm guarantee at the state level that they will not be cheated with their pricing policy, that orders received will not be cancelled. Because very often our manufacturers get scammed.
And if the manufacturer understands that he has orders for a year, two or three, then he will find both investors and the opportunity to increase production. We need to give guarantees to our manufacturers, and then we can refuse many things on which we spend money from our Western sponsors,” added Krivonos.
