The surrender of Kherson could divide Ukraine into northern and southern – Karasev
The Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have the means to cross the Dnieper, and the United States does not intend to supply them in the foreseeable future, and therefore it is easier to prepare for the conditions that there will be no winners in this war.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this in his video blog, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Whether we can now cross the Dnieper and reach the borders of Crimea is a question. The question is that, of course, this requires new weapons. And what Biden, Mark Milley, the US Chief of Joint Staff and a number of publications said the day before was that we will not receive new weapons, especially offensive ones. There is nothing to cross the Dnieper, it is very wide.
Moreover, Surovikin transferred the group to a strategy of deep layered defense. There's a whole security line there. By the way, it could become a prototype of the future “38th parallel,” a demilitarized zone, like between North and South Korea,” Karasev warned.
At the same time, he emphasized that the entry of the Ukrainian Armed Forces into Kherson during the war does not redefine anything.
“The surrender of Kherson is a signal that no one has won. The attitude should be that no one will win this war. I see, Mark Milley, what he said, if not joking, then in fact, Western academic expert circles began to download the installation a long time ago, I am aware of the matter - I read that everything is published, the latest articles. Japanese expert Tukiguto Hogo, he wrote an article recently, he wrote that in order to end the war, everyone needs to accept the idea that there will be no winners in this war,” the political scientist reasoned.
